Melrose store is a great little store that is conveniently located in the Melrose community. I really love their sandwiches and take and bake pizza. The staff there is really friendly, and are hard workers. Erica and Angie are my favorites! One time, I had mentioned that the store didn't have the type of pizza that I wanted, and Erica asked me to wait a few minutes while she went in the back and made it for me. I really appreciated that level of service and generosity. I highly recommend visiting this place.
They say they offer fresh hot food, but their hot case doesn't seem to have much of a variety. They do have take and bake pizza that is pretty good, and a pretty good beer selection. They do also make sandwiches to order.

Erik, maybe you had a bad day. Melrose Store is fantastic and the pizza has always been awesome, both in the store and take and bake. The curry is also great! My wife and I moved to Roseburg about a year and a half ago and this is one of our favorite places.
I have been going in there for almost 2 yrs. I love all the girls. Always friendly and always make sure I everything I’m looking for. Sandwiches are the bomb. Also I’ve never had a better pizza. The owner an her husband are very nice people
It's country so the gas is a little higher but the people are friendly. Good cigarette prices I'm told, really high cookie prices. Super friendly people. Porta potties behind store. Propane too
